Tuttavia, se il prodotto personalizzato presenta difetti di fabbricazione non imputabili all’uso da parte del cliente, o se vi è stato un errore nella personalizzazione, il cliente ha diritto a richiedere la sostituzione, o qualora si potesse la correzione dell'errore sul prodotto stesso.

In caso di sostituzione del prodotto, questa avverrà entro 2/3 giorni lavorativi (qualora disponibile in magazzino), escluse le tempistiche di spedizione.
